RETURNS

Whether it's not the right colour, the wrong size, unsuitable or you have simply changed your mind, return your order to us within 14 days for a full refund (or exchange if you'd prefer)
Please return it to us in its unused and original condition.

In all circumstances returns should be sent to us at:

Please note the following exceptions where refunds are not possible
Personalised items
Special orders
Items damaged in the returning mail
Perishable goods.

It is recommended that you send your returns back to Allofmyheart using recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery, with an explanatory note enclosed.
You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products
Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.
